Customers with Maintenance Agreements can access EION’s Support Site that includes the very latest technical information and resources on each product line, including documentation, software downloads and product updates, release notes, technical bulletins, and troubleshooting guides.
- Standard Support Programs. Programs include standard working hours, end-user support through emails and maintenance releases.
- Premium Support Programs. Programs include expanded live support hours, end-user support through emails and phones, and an assigned Support Account Manager.
